I've been training with Kyle for over a year now and it's been amazing!! When I first started off I had been working out on my own for years without ever feeling like I was "improving" or getting stronger. I signed up for a personal trainer with the general goal of getting more fit (and the specific goal of being able to do a push-up) and found Kyle because of his great flexibility in hours, as he was able to do workouts that fit with my schedule. Every week the workouts are dynamic and full body, and it really didn't take long at all to start seeing physical results! I have a bad knee that used to give me constant pain that seemed inescapable, and in the beginning Kyle really focused on helping me to strengthen the muscles around my knee to the point where now I rarely feel pain. I feel so strong and so much better in my body every day thanks to Kyle!! I really can't recommend him highly enough!
